Custom Foam Design Process
Step 1 – Foam Specifications
On our custom foam product page, enter your desired dimensions, colour, and any options for laser etching and backer boards.
This will give you an estimated price for your custom foam project.
Step 2 – Equipment Scanning
Fill out our Contact Us form, specifying the preferences for your custom foam shadow board.
Our team will then be in touch within the next business day to discuss your requirements and guide you through the equipment imaging process.

Step 3 – Design
Once we receive the scanned images of your items, our design team will create your custom foam layout.
We'll then send the design to you for review and feedback. You can request as many changes as needed until you're happy with the final design.
Step 4 – Manufacturing
Once you approve the final design, we'll manufacture your custom foam shadow boards for you.
After our quality inspection, your boards will be ready for collection or can be shipped to you.
