• Scanning and Design: Each tool is scanned using the Light Panel, with the data uploaded to Blue Shadow for a detailed foam layout. This design includes the Crimp-Tech logo and tool names laser-etched into the foam, enhancing the presentation and enabling easy identification.
• Project Management: The design file is transferred to Blue Manager, coordinating the production stages to ensure every step is executed according to Crimp-Tech’s specifications.
• Manufacturing and Assembly: The foam is routed, laser-cut, and etched with the Crimp-Tech logo and tool names. Once completed, the foam insert is assembled into a Pelican case, creating a secure and organised storage solution.
