Blue Suite is OSAAP Australia’s proprietary software ecosystem, designed to make the ordering of custom foam shadow boards easy and straightforward for our clients.
It’s an end-to-end project management and approval platform that connects design, approval and manufacture in one seamless system. All customer specifications, order changes, and shipping updates are managed within the software and made visible to clients in real time.
Unlike generic project management or design platforms, Blue Suite has been engineered specifically for foam shadow board design, manufacturing workflows and approval processes — delivering clarity, accuracy and efficiency from start to finish.
The software suite is made up of three connected tools — BlueMobile AUS App, Blue Shadow, and Blue Manager — each designed to support a specific stage of the process while working together seamlessly. All project information is stored centrally, reducing errors, and making collaboration easy.
BlueMobile AUS App
Start projects easily — right from your phone
The BlueMobile AUS App puts the first step of your custom foam shadowboard project in your hands. You can download the app, create an account and begin capturing tool information immediately, without needing to wait for OSAAP staff to get involved.
The app allows you to photograph your tools directly on-site and upload all project details in one place. This means your tools stay with you — there’s no need to remove them from service just to begin the design process.
Through the app, you can view all current and past projects, track progress in real time, review designs, request changes and approve layouts when it suits you. Automatic notifications let you know when designs are ready, keeping the process moving without constant follow-ups.
What makes the BlueMobile AUS App especially valuable is how seamlessly it connects to the rest of Blue Suite. Everything you capture in the app flows directly into our design and manufacturing systems, removing the need for emails, manual uploads or duplicated information.
Blue Shadow Design Software
Precision CAD design for custom shadow boards
Blue Shadow is OSAAP Australia’s dedicated CAD-based design software, developed specifically for foam shadow board creation. It is the engine behind the precision and consistency of OSAAP’s designs.
The platform is primarily used by OSAAP’s internal design team, ensuring every board meets exact specifications and quality standards.
For clients who wish to take a more hands-on approach, Blue Shadow can also be made available to support in-house design, subject to consultation with the OSAAP team.
Within Blue Shadow, scanned images of tools are converted into detailed CAD files. These files are then used to create accurate foam inlays and layouts, ensuring every tool has a clearly defined, repeatable home. The result is a design process that supports accountability, reduces tool loss and improves operational efficiency.
Blue Manager Project Management Software
One platform to manage your entire project
Blue Manager is the central project management platform that brings everything together. While clients can create their own BlueMobile AUS App accounts, access to Blue Manager is provided by OSAAP staff to ensure secure, structured project management.
Both internal teams and clients interact with Blue Manager through dedicated web portals. Through the customer web portal, you can upload requirements and images, review and download designs, approve layouts, request changes and track manufacturing status — all from one platform.
For our clients, the biggest benefit of Blue Manager is visibility. You don’t need to search through emails or chase updates — everything related to your project is available in one place, whenever you need it. This clarity helps projects move faster and gives you confidence that nothing is being missed.
How Blue Suite Fits Into Our End-to-End Process

- Capture – Use the BlueMobile AUS App to photograph tools and equipment directly on-site, without taking them out of service.
- Upload – Images and project details are automatically uploaded into Blue Manager, eliminating manual uploads and duplicate handling.
- Design – Our team uses Blue Shadow to create accurate, CAD-based foam shadow board layouts.
- Review & Approval – Review designs, request changes and approve layouts through Blue Manager or the BlueMobile AUS App.
- Manufacture – Once approved, designs move directly into production with no information lost between stages.
- Track & Deliver – Monitor manufacturing and shipping progress in real time through Blue Manager or the mobile app.
