STEP 1 - Capture
Place your equipment on paper or an OSAAP light panel and photograph each item using the BlueMobile AUS app. Alternatively, you can send your equipment to us and we’ll scan it for you.
STEP 3 - DESIGN
Our design team creates a precise custom foam layout based on your images and requirements.
STEP 5 - MANUFACTURING
After approval, we manufacture your custom shadow boards. If your tools were sent to us, we’ll pack them into the finished foam and package everything — protective cases included, if required — for safe return.
STEP 2 - UPLOAD
Your images and specifications — such as foam quantity, colour, thickness, dimensions, and laser-etching preferences — are automatically uploaded to our Blue Manager system via the app.
STEP 4 - APPROVE
You’ll receive digital designs for review and revision. Through the BlueMobile AUS app, you can approve layouts, request changes, and track manufacturing and shipping in one convenient place.
In addition to custom foam shadow boards, OSAAP Australia also offers laser tool etching, backer boards and Pelican cases.
Ordering & Delivery
There are no minimum order quantities, and you can request foam shadow boards in any size or thickness you need. Lead times vary depending on the number of boards required, the complexity of the design, and any custom modifications involved.
Once your boards are delivered, we also provide ongoing support, allowing you to update existing designs or add new tools whenever your requirements change.
