To take Pelican’s signature levels of protection even further, OSAAP Australia offers a full on-site custom foam service.
You can send your tools or equipment to us for scanning, or scan them yourself using the BlueMobile AUS app, allowing you to keep essential tools onsite throughout the project.
The app makes the process easy — simply photograph each tool or component, enter the required specifications, and upload everything directly to our Blue Manager system. From there, our design team builds an accurate digital model and creates a precise custom foam layout based entirely on your images and specifications.
Once your custom foam shadow boards (and backer boards, if required) are manufactured, we can also:
- Fit the foam into the Pelican case
- Assemble and load your equipment into each cavity
- Prepare the full kit for immediate field use
Prefer to keep your tools with you? No problem — our foam inserts are designed for simple, fast self-assembly once delivered.
