The foam is latex-free, non-toxic, hypoallergenic, and able to withstand water, cleaning products, and hypochlorite used in standard sterilisation protocols, supporting hygiene and infection control.

The new custom foam shadow boards were designed by the OSAAP team using our Blue Shadow software. Precision laser-etching marked each slot for easy identification, and the inserts were fitted into wheeled, waterproof Pelican Cases. Every tool now has a dedicated, secure location, making the cases easy to handle and transport.
The Results
